What we did...

Squashed Pixel to date have been commissioned to develop three Oracle Finance websites and integrate each site into the open source SilverStripe open source CMS. We continue to work with Oracle Finance to develop and improve their website by producing and analysing ongoing analytics reports.  

We have also successfully reduced the websites *bounce rate by 16.4% after a A/B Split testing exercise via Google Website Optimiser.  The A/B Split testing involved producing an alternate homepage design based on the weaknesses identified whilst going through the monthly Analytics review.  Both web pages are then used on the live website to test which home page successfully retains more visitors past the homepage.  The new home page variation was the winner,  the bounce rate reduced 16.4% in the first month, an additional 1500 visitor now remain on the site and the quick quote conversion rate has increased by 18.42%.

* The bounce rate is the percentage of visitors who visit a web page and visit no other pages on the site.  The visitors essentially, bounce right off the site.
